Exterior windows
Exterior glass is washed and hand-finished, so you get an even, streak-free result rather than the haze that comes from a rushed job. Frames are wiped down and cobwebs cleared from the corners and around the trim.
You do not need to be home for exterior work. We will confirm with you once the job is complete.
Interior windows
Interior glass is cleaned with drop cloths laid down to protect your floors and furnishings. Anything that needs to be moved is moved carefully and returned to its original position before we leave.
Screen cleaning
Screens are removed, washed, dried, and reinstalled in the frame they came from. Clean glass behind a dirty screen still looks dirty, so screen cleaning is part of our standard visit rather than a separate charge.
Sills and tracks
Tracks are vacuumed before they are wiped, so grit and debris are lifted out rather than pushed around. Sills are cleaned at the same time and finished by hand.
How pricing works
Pricing is based on the number of windows, the height of the home, and whether you would like interior cleaning in addition to exterior. We provide a fixed quote up front, and that price does not change unless you add work.
